The 5-star Customer Service Experience for Chestnuts Primary School

In 2017, Chestnuts Primary School in North London decided to change their financial management software in order to ensure they could perform and report on their daily activities with ease.

As a standalone, maintained school, they were conscious of “keeping up” with surrounding academies and multi-academy trusts (MATs) and needed to improve the way their finance function operated.
