Since our inception, PS Financials’ approach has been anchored with a strong commitment to privacy, security, compliance and transparency. This approach includes supporting our Customers’ compliance with UK and EU data protection requirements, including those set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), which becomes enforceable on May 25, 2018.

As part of our journey to GDPR compliance we have created a data protection working group to ensure that all areas of the organisation have taken the necessary measures to become compliant. All of our employees have been trained on the proper handling and management of personal data and ongoing processes are now in place to ensure that any new staff are trained to the adequate levels for their role.

You can read more information from the Information Commissioners Office about GDPR here.
